Pumpkin Patch

This has been a very busy week at the Wommack house. Jordan had the stomach bug Monday and Tuesday, so Marmoo came to stay with us. Today, Carter got to go to a pumpkin patch on base and she loved it! Based on the pictures I got, she is going to be a kid that does not like Santa Claus or any mascot. Jordan was well enough to go to school today, which made her very happy. She was pretty bummed that she missed jersey day and pj day at school, but she will be there for crazy hair day. Tomorrow is Fall Festival at school, so the girls and I are going to brave our first Halloween outing together! Jordan is a 50s girl and Carter is a pumpkin (Jordan's choice on that one). I will post pics of them tomorrow. For now, I will include pictures from the pumpkin patch. (In case I haven't mentioned it, I LOVE our new daycare!)

New Daycare

Today was Carter's first day at her new daycare and it went fabulously! She enjoyed having the one on two time with her new teacher and had so much fun that she only managed to get one nap in! I can't say how wonderful it was not to rush around this morning, worried that we would be late to school. We are so happy with her new daycare. So glad that this "window" opened for our family.

It's been awhile

It seems as if it has been a little too long since I've update our blog! Things are kinda busy around here. Jordan is loving 3rd grade. She's doing a great job. Carter is a very active 8 month old. She's so close to crawling! She does an army crawl or rolls to get to where she wants to go.


Jordan had to get glasses and have her hearing checked by an audiologist. It appears that her black/white, right/wrong personality gets in the way of her passing a hearing test.


Carter is moving to an in home daycare. We are so excited about this. She will be two minutes from our house and 2 minutes from school. We can't wait until she starts. Anyway, I am going to try to be better about updating our blog! In the mean time, enjoy some pictures!
